Founded on January 3, 2012, with a capital of three million Libyan Dinars, the company consists of 10 shareholders united by a commitment to providing high-quality financial services that meet the needs of the Libyan market.
Since its establishment, Al-Dar Exchange has been committed to the highest standards of transparency and professionalism in delivering its services. It obtained official license No. 5432364 from the competent authorities in 2012. In 2014, the company received the initial approval to conduct exchange operations, and this successful journey was crowned by obtaining the final practicing permit in 2025 from the Central Bank of Libya.
The company is strategically located in Zawiyat Al-Dahmani, near the Eye Hospital in the heart of the capital, Tripoli, making it easily accessible to all our valued clients.
